At Lo & Sons, we want you to love your travel companion, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or reimbursement.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items back in their original box with all tags attached and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
